Beef Stroganoff


Ingredients

2 Tbls. butter or margarine or veg oil
one whole medium sliced onion
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 lb. top sirlion, cut into thin strips
1/3 cup water
2 cans mushroom soup
1 Tbls. Worchestershire sauce
1 beef boullion cube
one cup sour cream
salt and pepper

Directions

In skillet, melt butter or oil. Add onions and garlic. Add sirlion and cook until meat is brown. Add water, whochestershire sauce, beef boullion cube, salt, pepper, water and continue cooking until meat is tender (about 30 minutes) on low heat. Stir in soup and simmer until heated. Lastly stir in sour cream and sprinkle with dried parsley. Serve over hot cooked noodles or white rice.
