Creamy Crab and Artichoke Dip
1 pkg. Louis Kemp Crab Delights ®
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 large can (13.75 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
3 oz. shredded parmesan cheese
Pre-heat oven to 375 ° F. Blend cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients, place mixture in a glass pie plate. Bake, uncovered, for 15-18 minutes, until heated through and lightly browned. Serve with crackers or French bread. makes 4-5 servings.
