Hot Crab and Dill Dip
1 cup crabmeat (5 to 6 oz. can) *
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, room temperature
1 TBL. dried onion flakes or 1/4 cup fresh
1 tsp. dill weed
1/2 cup sour cream
3 TBL. mayonaise
dash of salt
* If you prefer a stronger taste of crab, use two 5 to 6 oz. cans
Combine all ingredients (except the crab meat) together using fork until uniform consistency.
Drain crab meat, then fold into mixture.
Put into small container
and bake in 350 ° oven for 30 min. or until it bubbles.
Serve with wheat thins (or
any cracker you like). Serves eight.
