Drain, remove bones and skin, and flake salmon. Use food processor to finely chop/mince bread slices. Also use food processor to chop/mince vegetables Combine salmon, bread crumbs, vegetables, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Combine milk and egg, then add to salmon mixture, mixing gently. Form into four equal patties.
Fry in small amount of oil (1/4 cup) in frying pan. Turn once to lightly brown each side(approx. 15 min. on each side.)
