Macaroni Salad
Basic Ingredients
1 lb. macaroni
1 white onion, diced
1 red onion, diced
5 or 6 stalks celery, diced
1 can sliced black olives (or better, 1 can whole black olives sliced yourself)
2 or 3 dill pickles, chopped
6 oz. cheddar cheese, cubed
6 oz. swiss cheese, cubed
1 sm pkg. pepperoni slices, cut in quarters
Dressing Ingredients
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 Tbl. (or to taste) prepared horseradish
1 dash of white pepper
1 dash of salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
fresh ground black pepper (to taste)
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 cups mayonnaise (or more if desired)
1/4 cup KRAFT dry parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook Macaroni according to package directions. Strain and set aside.
Combine basic ingredients together in large mixing bowl. Add Macaroni.
Combine dressing ingredients together in separate bowl then gently mix dressing
with basic ingredients.
Let stand overnight in refrigerator before serving.
