ORANGE PIE


Ingredients

1 cup sugar
1/3 cup soft butter
3 eggs (well beaten)
2/3 cup fresh squeezed orange juice
grated rind of one orange
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 small (8 inch) unbaked pie shell


Directions

Cream together sugar and butter. Add eggs, orange juice, orange rind, and lemon juice. Blend, then pour into unbaked pie shell.

Preheat oven at 450°. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
